A company is considered as a second home for employees as they spend most of their day’s time in the organization he/she works for.  Hence, having a working environment as friendly and favorable forms an important aspect of the culture of the company. Culture is known to be the brand of your company defining its value, work ethics, mission, goals, and expectations. An organizational culture creates a brand for the company and speaks louder than words. Values also known as Core Values are simply the basic beliefs of an organization. This helps in knowing what is right and wrong and provides a guided right way for working.  We have been learning some or other values from our childhood that we follow. Likewise, the values of a company mean certain way of behavior normally expressed in the form of the mission statement. Complaints! We all have it and it is a never ending process. It starts from birth and probably would end only when we are no more. Oh! it's a baby girl, the baby weighs only 2 kg, Look at the baby it's too dark, The kid is too naughty, He is not good at academics. She is interested in singing, god save her husband. Damn, how I wish I had that car!. Look at Sanvi's husband, he is so caring. My company is good, but management is the concern. My mother is caring, it's my father who pisses me off. My brother, he is one nut. Ramesh, he is my best friend but I hate it if he smokes. It's our water, why should we give to them? We would have defeated them if we were better equipped. He would have survived only if he knew swimming. She was a good athlete until she got married. I wanted to be a writer but didn't get the right opportunity. The only reason for my divorce is my husband, he is too bossy. Notorious criminal was killed by his fellow mates in a gang-war. No no, ...

23 October will remain as a special day until end of my life. This was the day when I was introduced to life and its a been hell of a ride till now. The day is celebrated as Birth day and is popularly known or called as Date of Birth or Birth Date. 

Seconds create minute, Minutes create hour, Hours create a day, Days create a week, Weeks create a Month, Months create years...! Out of all these if I ask you to guess what is common, then your answer might me time. You may be right, it is the time that creates the above-mentioned milestones. But the catch here is, I wanted to have few introductory lines to Start and hence is all the above jazz. Mitron, I hereby congratulate all of you for being an ambiguous and Bharti ya Janta Part ee wala GSTians. This day marks a new beginning in my life as I pen down sorry type down my first few lines of my blog, Dincherriess..the daily stories. As I begin,  would like to thank all my inspirations and supporters who made this possible. I would like to write, cherish and store my daily experiences through this space.
